GLP-1s changed my life!

Fantastic job! I'm at 23 weeks and down about 35 pounds, so you're doing great! I guess I'm taking the slow route! Started at 345 and look forward to seeing under 300 after over a decade!

Sixteen solid months of work really shows, going from 263 to 190 is awesome. You can really sense how proud you are, which is great. Would you mind if I shared this on the community? People there post GLP-1 progress pics, and your journey could help others stay on track. Or feel free to post it there yourself if you'd rather.

Needed to see this! You look amazing! Congrats on getting there. I'm around 260 now, aiming to get down to 160. Started around 330, and sometimes I want to quit, but I'm gonna keep pushing!

Congrats! I'm microdosing with a compound semaglutide through Noom. Lost about 6 pounds in 6 weeks. Slow and steady is good! Question: have you found that your sense of smell has changed where cooked foods smell bad? It's happening to me and it's strange!

I've heard of that happening! It's one of the less common side effects, but definitely a real thing. Some people find that certain smells are amplified or just generally unpleasant.

Wow, I can really relate to your journey. I remember the despair before starting Ozempic. Lost over 60 pounds since late last year, and still have about 60 more to go. Loving the person in the mirror for the first time!

I feel you! I'm 31 and have been battling weight since I was a little kid. I've 'been on a diet' for the majority of my life.

my endo confirmed this med makes you pee more. i take BP meds w/ water pills, was up 2–3x a night. cut the BP meds and it's better now. no way around it tho — gotta drink. fancy water bottle w/ lemon and sip all day.
