Okay, so, I had the WORST uncomfy side effects possible. Seriously, it got to the point where I was thinking about quitting. I'm sure some of you get what I'm saying.
But I kept going! I spent maybe 6 months trying different things to handle the side effects. Fast forward to now, it's been like 2.5 years since I first started. And guess what? I just sent in my application for law school!!!
EDIT: OK, a bunch of people messaged me wanting to know how I did it, so here's what helped me:
1. Move your eating window earlier. I was eating dinner super late, like 10 or 11 p.m., which always gave me heartburn.
2. Cut down on greasy foods. Seriously.
3. I used an app to help with managing my side effects when they were really bad. I tried out a few AI programs.
