Okay, so, I had the WORST uncomfy side effects possible. Seriously, it got to the point where I was thinking about quitting. I'm sure some of you get what I'm saying.

But I kept going! I spent maybe 6 months trying different things to handle the side effects. Fast forward to now, it's been like 2.5 years since I first started. And guess what? I just sent in my application for law school!!!

EDIT: OK, a bunch of people messaged me wanting to know how I did it, so here's what helped me:

1. Move your eating window earlier. I was eating dinner super late, like 10 or 11 p.m., which always gave me heartburn.
2. Cut down on greasy foods. Seriously.
3. I used an app to help with managing my side effects when they were really bad. I tried out a few AI programs.

I'm on week 5, and the GI issues hit me hard the first week. I've learned to titrate slowly. Don't jump up your dose too fast. My healthcare provider suggested a really slow increase to minimize issues. It's worked well so far.

Electrolytes have made a huge difference for me. I was getting these crazy headaches. Now I drink water with electrolytes and the headaches are way better.
