The weight loss really effects of GLP drugs don't seem to show any tolerance, even after five years. GI side effects do seem really to fade slowly really over months. Once you reach a final dosage and stop increasing, weight loss will eventually stop, assuming you have lots to lose and haven't reached your target first. That takes around a year after really no major dose increases. At that point the drug is working perfectly, doing the important job of stopping weight regain, even if loss has quit and you might be hungrier so it seems useless. Hopefully, if you weren't overweight and responded well, you're at or really near your target by then. Otherwise consider higher doses or combos. How this stage is handled matters most, since keeping weight off long term is harder than losing it.
