Hey everyone! I'm almost at my goal weight, maybe 15 lbs to go. Time to focus on muscle! I've heard 4-5 months can make a difference. Any lifters wanna share progress pics? Even if you're not training hard, I wanna see what GLP-1s have done for you! I'm on mots c and tirz, and a tiny bit of sema. Need to firm up my legs, back, glutes, and arms. Any suggestions?
