Back in '15, when I was 20, I hit my peak at 273. By 2020, I managed to slim down to 195 through consistent diet and exercise. Post-pregnancy in 2020, I bounced back to 270. I worked hard again and got down to 200 by '21, and maintained it until last Halloween. Since Nov 1st, I've been using Ozempic and have shed about 45 pounds. Now at 30, weighing 156, I barely recognize myself.

It's amazing how much our bodies can change in just a few years. You've worked so hard!

Been on it over five years, stopped working for hunger suppression years back. Still works well for diabetes so continuing two mg every fifth day.

Curious how this plays out in the long run. Will you need to stay on it indefinitely, or is there a maintenance story that stabilizes?
