GLP-1s & Running? Anyone?

Plus one for NAD+. It helps my workouts by boosting me on a cellular level, giving me more reps. Cleaner and stronger than any caffeine pre-workout.

I saw a great point on a forum – even if you can't get to the gym, bodyweight exercises at home can be a game-changer! Just 20-30 minutes a few times a week can make a difference. Adjustable dumbbells add even more options. No need to waste time commuting!

True! And knee and back pain often get *worse* with inactivity, not better. Strengthening the muscles around those joints is key!

I've heard that GLP-1s can cause muscle loss if you don't focus on protein and lifting weights. I'm definitely going to try and add in some strength training, even if it's just at home. Thanks for the tips!

I'm not doing any gym stuff currently but still dropped 22lbs in the first month on a tiny dose. It was probably all water weight coming off from less inflammation, though.

Yeah, when I started losing weight I waited a long time before exercising regularly. I started with just being more active. Then I moved on to cardio like 30 mins 5 days a week. Now I exercise an hour a day almost every day!
