OK, so I blew past my initial goal of 156. I hit that back in January of '25. But then I figured, why not try to get my body fat down? It was around 31%, now it's 29%, and I weigh 148. I've been in maintenance mode since May 3rd, doing 12.5mg roughly every 10 days. My doc and I decided to drop that to 7.5mg, which I started yesterday. Still aiming for every 10 days and seeing what happens. Aiming to keep my weight between 148 and 153.
It's my 53rd today, and I gotta say, I'm proud. I've been lifting weights, biking, and doing a little cardio here and there.
Stats: Started on the juice Nov 30, 2023. F53, 5'5", starting weight 256.4, current weight 148.4, goal weight 156.4, current dose 7.5mg. Was pre-diabetic, had HBP, and sleep apnea. Now, NO BP MEDS and NO CPAP!
