Goal weight smashing!

Hey everyone! After sticking with a GLP-1 for about 24 months, along with better eating habits and more activity, I finally hit my target weight!

64, 6 foot, 172 right now. Aiming to stay 175 plus or minus 5 for life. Adjusting Tirz from 15 down to 12.5 weekly and watching closely. Drop below 170 and I'll go lower. Approach 180, I'll hold or raise it. Nice to manage this without the hassle of doctors and insurance gatekeeping my choices.

That's seriously impressive! I'm curious to hear more about the process. What were some of the biggest challenges, and did the medication consistently work for you?

Hey @Happy_Tracker911 and @Wild_Set, to answer your questions... there were definitely some plateaus along the way. Sticking to the diet plan even when I wasn't seeing immediate results was tough. As for whether the medication worked steadily, it had its ups and downs. There were times when I needed a dosage adjustment. I got to my goal in 2 years, as I said in the first post.

That's a great achievement! It's encouraging to hear success stories. Someone I know went from about 220 lbs to 150 lbs in a year using sema initially, then switched to tirzepatide, and even stacked them for a couple of months. They're planning to stay on the medication long-term!
