Good sema hookups with testing?

A fellow dieter asked me to switch from a compound pharmacy to a 'research supply' for her sema. I'm looking through the vendor area, those Telegram groups, and even the vendor promo areas on one of the Telegram channels trying to find a sema source that includes a certificate of analysis. I'm not comfortable with her moving to a new source if there isn't some sort of CoA available. I've already warned her she might need to pay for her own independent testing. Anyone willing to privately share a vendor they trust? I hate asking, but searches aren't helping.

Check out one of the US-based suppliers, he usually has certificates of analysis available. He's a bit more expensive than the overseas options, but you won't have to worry about customs issues. A great place to start sourcing research kits.

I saw one place selling two 10mg sema kits for $120 shipped. They said it was independently verified at 11.85mg. That's about 50 cents per mg tested.

It's a group that started as a group buy but is now just a way to buy from a domestic source. It's invite-only.

Their pricing is good for some things like sema, ARA-290, and a few others. But other groups have better deals on reta and tirz, when they're actually in stock.

I still prefer them because they're super reliable in making sure you get what you paid for, no matter what. Other group vendors are like, "buy insurance and file a claim if something goes wrong," and I'm not comfortable doing that with these types of products.

You're sweet for trying to help! Lucky_Pizza, she needs enough to get started properly and maintain it, so single vials aren't going to cut it.

I think I saw a 2024 CoA for S10 floating around from that supplier, but nothing for any other sema. Did you get your kit tested?

I didn't get it tested myself. I looked around for other people who bought from them and seemed happy before I ordered. I've been using it for several weeks now. Like anything, I was willing to take a chance. I'll ask the sales rep if they have any test results available and see what happens.

I'm not comfortable recommending a product that could hurt someone. I'm considering having the product tested independently. Probably through a testing facility with questionable practices for cost reasons. Please don't judge my lab choice unless you wanna pay for full mass spec testing!

One supplier recently released their latest test results from February. Everything apparently passed. Their prices are a bit higher than some, but they've been around for a while if that offers any reassurance.

If you're looking for peptides, I wouldn't recommend the first place you see advertised. There are tons of suppliers now. I've always used the same one for years. They aren’t always the cheapest, but their stuff is unmatched quality-wise.

I recently tried a new peptide supplier that was being promoted on YouTube. It’s a great place, good prices and they claim all batches are tested. Even better, the vial holds 5 ml of bac water, so you don't have to transfer it to a bigger vial. I'm not a big fan of the small vials from my usual source, but their products are great to go.

It's such a pain to transfer peptides into larger vials!

Thanks everyone for the advice. I knew I could count on this group! I'm still a little nervous about sourcing this for someone else, but the CoA is a must-have for me. I'll keep researching and see what I can find.

COA availability without having to ask should be the baseline. Vendors who make you chase it are either disorganized or hiding something. Worth factoring that in against the price.
