Good to order from these Tirz suppliers?

Hey, I'm on Mounjaro 2.5mg, just took my fifth shot. Looking into TR20 (tirz 20mg vials) to keep the same weekly 2.5mg. Anyone switch over and how'd it compare — effectiveness, appetite, sides, consistency?
 
I stalled at 4mg too. I think the stall happens because glucagon doesn't really kick in until you hit 5-6mg+. Lower doses work more like Tirzepatide. Did you break through when you got to 6mg?
