I'm just over the moon, everyone. I mentioned at the start of the week that my physical progress wasn't matching what I felt in my head. You all were so encouraging, and I appreciate it. Thanks, everyone.

It feels unreal being under 200. Watching the scale start with '1' was my primary aim. I know I have more to drop, and lots more work on my physical and mental health, but I'm getting there. We can all reach our aims! 🙂

This is really inspiring. I'm also 39 (nearly 40). HW was 285 around June '23. I'm at 268 right now and took my first dose a day ago.

My aim is also 200, but seeing a 1 in front would be amazing.

So proud of you!

I was just reading someone else's post about how this class of drugs changed their life - like, gone were their migraines, menopause symptoms, and even lowered their anxious eating. Has anyone else had similar positive impacts?

Any tips/tricks to share?

For me, it's been about listening to my body and not forcing anything. Hydration is key, and don't be afraid to adjust your dose if needed (under medical supervision, of course!).

Congrats! It's amazing how much more energy you have as the weight comes off. I lost about 40 pounds over seven months and I feel like I can actually enjoy life again.
