Guilt-free sweet treat?

I've discovered a frozen dessert with 350 calories for the entire container, boasting 29 grams of protein. I believe a major reason I've achieved success in my weight management journey this time is because I'm incorporating my familiar eating patterns, but with considerably healthier choices.

That's amazing, you look fantastic! I'm having a hard time figuring out what the actual product is. Is it ice cream? If it's a chocolate flavor, I'm absolutely in. I have a major weakness for chocolate and sugar, which is why September wasn't a successful month for me. I indulged in a binge and didn't lose any weight. But I think I'm getting back on track. Lately, I've been relying on frozen fruit bars – specifically pineapple, cherry, or mango flavors – which are only about 60 calories each. Having a healthy chocolate flavored alternative would be incredible!

Those low sugar ice creams can be pricey. This week, I went ahead and purchased a dessert machine. I've been experimenting with blending my regular protein shakes and creating ice cream. It's proving to work rather well. Also, sugar-free yogurt transforms into a very smooth ice cream.

Wow, that's incredible dedication! Well done. The medication probably only assisted a little on this journey. You should be proud of yourself!!

Thank you for the tip about this product! I've developed a major craving for sweets and chocolate. I picked one of these up today. It's really tasty and satisfies my cravings.

Building on what @glow-up mentioned about cravings... I've found keeping healthy alternatives readily available makes a big difference. For example, I prep a big batch of protein smoothies with about 200 calories and 30g of protein on Sundays. That way when a craving hits, I reach for that instead of something less healthy.

That's a great point, @Donut. I find that being prepared is half the battle. I invested in a high-powered blender and now make protein shakes with frozen fruit and greens. It's a game-changer!

It sounds like everyone is working so hard, even while traveling! I saw someone mention that they were able to lose a few pounds while on vacation simply by walking a lot. That's inspiring!

Easy snack I love: 1.5 containers nonfat Greek yogurt, cool whip (sugar-free optional), vanilla pudding mix (sugar-free), 2 scoops protein, frozen raspberries. Combine everything except berries. Top with fruit. Enjoy.

I did Trulicity first—lost 29lb in 16 weeks, then another 84 on my own for 113 total. Secret for me was tracking in MyFitnessPal, 100g protein minimum, carbs under 120g, lifting several times a week. Never went above the starter dose. Constipation was the main issue but hunger didn't bounce back hard when I stopped.

just moved to 1mg from 0.5 last week but still eating through hunger signals, especially sweets. only lose the noise when stuffed and nauseous. at 190 for weeks after dropping from 215.

i don't track anything but i know i'm in a deficit from years of monitoring. stay around 1800-2000 calories to maintain, lose if under 1500. these days i'm way under that. not eating 3 meals usually—first meal's at dinner with a snack before bed.
