I have a 60mg kit
those variance numbers are rough. 65 to 72 is a real swing. i'd probably just go with the middle ground round to 22 units at 15mg and call it good enough. at 1.75 years in you probably got the feel for this better than most.

Focus on what you're eating. If you're forcing three full meals because someone said hit a calorie goal, yeah you'll feel bloated and nauseous. Eat when hungry, prioritize protein and fiber in those meals.

stick with prozac unless you know for sure it doesn't work. it's got a long half-life and is well tolerated. no reason you can't cycle it sensibly. lots of meds are better that way than how they're prescribed - titrated up to doses that seem unsafe.

Try splitting your dose — 0.6 on injection day, another 0.6 four days later. Keeps levels up for health but brings peaks down a notch. glp1plotter.com lets you compare split schedules side by side.

supposed to start 7.5 today but insurance is being dumb, won't fill till next week. got a spare 5 and a spare 2.5 at home. can i just use both? same spot if i do?
