I'm really pleased with things, but some folks seem to drop weight super quickly! Anyway, check out the difference in my midsection!! ☺️

Considering your starting point, losing 35 lbs in 6 months is pretty solid and sustainable. People who are much heavier tend to lose more weight initially. For example, someone 5'7" and 300lbs might lose 80lbs in the same time, while someone the same height but 200lbs might not. Regardless, you look great!

You’re actually losing faster than I aim for. About 4 lbs per month is my intention. Don’t worry about other people’s rates of loss. You weren't that overweight to begin with.

I'm just starting out with Ozempic. I'm up to 1mg a week, but I still feel hungry this week. Am I doing something wrong?

Hey Uri, it can take some time to find the right dose for you. Everyone reacts differently. Make sure you're eating enough protein and drinking enough water. If the hunger persists, talk to your doctor. You're not necessarily doing anything wrong, it's just a process.

Exactly. Also, remember that Ozempic isn't a magic bullet. It's a tool to help you make lifestyle changes. Focus on sustainable habits alongside the medication.
