Half a year, 35 lbs gone!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
The last time at this weight was 16 - that is the most visceral version of the milestone landing. The OP at 35 lbs and six months is in that same territory of rediscovering a weight that belongs to a previous chapter of their life. How close are you to that number now?

Same girl! My therapist's the only one who knows. Not really fear of judgment, more that everyone's going to form their own take regardless. Some might chalk my results up entirely to MJ dismissing the actual effort. I put in serious work, and honestly don't experience that missing food chatter thing others describe, nor the effortless melting away people talk about. Some might view it negatively, who's to say... I just know I don't need that background noise or outside commentary.

You're looking great :) Our paths line up closely. Began at 125 kg, now 106.5, also 5'7. Keep it going :)

Congrats on shedding those 10kg, genuinely impressive! Couldn't imagine dropping 30kg total, and honestly the final 5kg took me twice as long as the first 10. So try not to get discouraged once things slow down. I hovered right around 72-73kg for what felt like forever, then suddenly my body kicked back into gear. And out of nowhere, boom, half a kilo under my target

Yo, huge congrats on the 48 pounds, that's genuinely impressive! Stalls happen, sometimes you've just gotta shake things up a bit. You're also moving through this really fast too
