Half a year, 40 lbs gone!

Almost at the six-month mark, and I'm down about 40 pounds! Sleeping better, feeling fantastic, clothes are fitting loosely, and the constant food cravings have quieted down.

Seriously, one of the smartest choices I've ever made for myself.

My goal is to hit 200. I'm starting to incorporate more exercise, so I'm curious to see how that impacts things. I'm guessing I'll reach my goal sometime in the next year. But really, the timeline isn't that important to me.
 
I pushed myself too hard at the gym early on, and it totally stalled my progress, plus I felt awful. Then, of course, I ended up stress-eating. Dialing back the intensity helped a lot. Just something to keep in mind – finding that sweet spot with exercise is key. Huge congrats on your success Snack-AF!
 
It's frustrating that we don't always see the changes in ourselves as quickly as others do. I've only lost about 15lb, but my spouse says my face is noticeably thinner.
