Half a year down, more to go!

I'm not at my goal just yet, but I'm seeing some real changes. Looking forward to seeing where I am in another six months! I also hit the weight room 5 times a week and run a calorie deficit!
 
When you flex your biceps, try holding them higher and turning your palms towards your face. Great progress so far, keep up the good work!
 
That's great. I was half asleep the other night and when I woke up I touched my ribs and got a little scared because I haven't felt my ribs in a long time. I thought I had broken something while sleeping.

I lost about 60 lb and recently came across a photo of myself with my daughter at brunch. My face was so big. It was strange because I didn't really notice it until after I lost the weight!

. At first, I had some constipation issues, but that seems to have leveled out. I try to stay hydrated and eat plenty of fiber.

that's amazing! I've only lost about 20 pounds. Hopefully, things will start moving faster for me.
