That's fantastic! I'm currently at 220, trying to get down to 150. I started around 275, so seeing results like this is really motivating! Congratulations on your success! I agree with Snack-AF, wishing you the best!

Could you share what you typically eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? I've only managed to lose about 3 pounds per month..

Dropping from 220 to 150 in six months is incredible! That's my goal, too. Any tips or "secrets" you can share? Are you exercising, or is it mainly diet?

Congratulations! It's remarkable how many people are losing weight, particularly around their midsections. Makes you wonder if there's something fundamentally wrong with the SAD (Standard American Diet) that's causing excess belly fat and other issues.

Jesus what am I doing wrong! I’m at the highest dose, workout daily, and six months in and I’m only down 27lbs!!!
Don't get discouraged! Everyone responds differently. Maybe talk to your doctor about adjusting your diet or workout routine? 27lbs is still progress!

I'm about a year in, and I've lost about 40 pounds. Still have a ways to go, but I've gone down a few sizes in jeans. It's really motivating to see the difference in my face; the side-by-sides are pretty crazy. It’s been a huge success!

Congrats on the progress! Gives me hope.

I saw someone post pics... SAME PANTS, but like falling off them! Super inspiring! She said she was still working towards her goal. Starting at 260 and was down to 209 last checkup!
