How long did it take to get halfway? Any pointers for a newbie?

I'm not OP, but I recommend tracking EVERYTHING. What you eat, how you feel, side effects. It really helps you dial in what works for you.

Amazing! I'm down about 30 pounds myself, it's definitely a journey! Anyone else notice a change in water retention? I feel like I'm holding onto more water weight than before.

That's interesting. I haven't noticed that specifically, but I've heard some people discuss using tesamorelin for visceral fat reduction. I wonder if that's related?

Major congrats on hitting the halfway mark! I'm also on this journey, started around July last year. It's been pretty consistent, and I'm exercising regularly too. Feeling great! Keep up the amazing work everyone!

never push peptides on anyone directly. people hear about the 7kg of chinese tirz in my freezer though and think it's hilarious. every now and then someone slides in asking about the mystery powders. i answer questions, and sometimes they end up curious enough to try their own.

peptides keep forever but syringes, bac, wipes don't last long. at 40 next month, if this stuff's still around i gotta figure out social security before i order more.

Never noticed cognitive stuff from BPC but my anxiety was already gone so nothing to fix there. Started it mainly for digestive issues - diarrhea from diet changes. That didn't help but it basically cleared up my prostate symptoms which I haven't seen talked about anywhere. Still learning what this does.

it's not complicated. legit pharmaceutical company with FDA reqs. one of few you can trust to be exactly what it says every time. hard enough getting people to reconstitute peptides without adding bac water mixing on top. most aren't interested.
