Halfway there!

Hey @Calorie_Hustle - congrats on your progress! I'm about six months in, down around 40lbs. Best choice I've made. Sleeping better, feeling better, clothes fit better, and the constant food thoughts are gone!

That's awesome! I hope to drop another 30-40 pounds. It really is life-changing, isn't it?

I love hearing about these victories! Someone on another forum just hit their goal after starting at 250 and wanting to be 150. They're at 147 now and say they look so much YOUNGER! Amazing what losing weight can do, beyond just the numbers.

For those of you exercising strenuously, be aware that it can sometimes stall weight loss initially. Finding the right balance with nutrition is key. Don't get discouraged if the scale doesn't move right away.

Calorie deficit drives weight loss, period. Doesn't matter if you're active or eating "clean." Could try injectable form, or get serious about the gym—zone 2 cardio 60min daily, 2000-2500 cal, upper/lower split after. Blood sugar will tank.

Pinning bpc, tb500, and ghk-cu mornings, bpc again before bed. Strength just goes up on this stack for some reason. Haven't seen published studies on it but I've run it multiple times and the weight lifting just feels easier. Not sure which one or all three.

Happened to me. Lost steady on sema first 4 months, then added workouts because I got paranoid about muscle. Weight stalled hard even eating the same. Scaled back the gym and boom, loss kicked in again. Took me a minute to figure out it was mental—I needed to see the scale drop. Now I'm down 42 and aiming for 10 more before I add back the weights.

Try zinc a few days before and after Botox—supposedly makes it last longer. Even regular exercise and sauna kill my Botox way faster than sitting around.

Congrats! I'm at the halfway point myself, at least per my doctors. How's the loose skin been for you? My dermatologist says because of my age and how long I've been heavy and general condition, eventually I'd need surgical intervention.
