Halfway to goal weight on Mounjaro!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
You look great! The fact that you're eating better than ever is a huge shift. Staying on this path after stopping will be tough, but at least you've built better habits. 9 weeks in with 8.5kg down is solid progress.

I passed my original target long ago. Had to keep adjusting what seemed possible. Then learned focusing on body fat percentage instead of size. Healthy ranges are roughly ten to twenty percent for guys, eighteen to twenty eight percent for women. Nothing more to gain health wise in that band. Lost one hundred and am at sixteen percent. Want to try under ten just to see how it feels but I'm happy now too.

when I joined I only felt comfortable injecting tirzepatide because it was FDA approved as Zepbound and Mounjaro. comfort level's expanded. recently changed views on some drugs approved in Russia because they have clinical studies backing them.

Reaching goal and then choosing to stay on at a lower maintenance dose rather than stopping is the decision more people should hear about at the halfway point. 9 months to halfway is a solid pace. The decision about what comes after goal is worth thinking about now rather than when you get there. Mounjaro at maintenance dose is a real strategy.

6 weeks in with a DEXA baseline is the kind of data that makes the whole journey actually interpretable. 95kg at 35kg muscle and tracking from there will tell you things the scale alone never would. At 9 months halfway in the OP you'll have a real picture of what the body composition changes look like over time.

75kg to 64kg and aiming for 56-58 is a tight final target that perimenopause made harder to hold. The OP at 9 months and over halfway is the momentum stage. What dose landed on 64 and are you planning to stay there until the final goal?
