Halfway to goal!

Down about 100 give or take over the last 5-6 months. Not gonna lie, it's been a constant uphill battle and I second-guessed myself constantly. But I didn't quit this time, like I've done in the past. This medication gave me that extra push I needed. If you're just starting and not seeing results right away, don't stress, it gets better. The first month was tough, needing constant reassurance from my support system. But if you stay committed and lean on your support network, you'll get there. I’m only 10 or so pounds from my target weight and feel fantastic. Food used to be my go-to, but now I realize it was just a coping mechanism.

Burning 1lb of fat needs about 3500 calories deficit. 5.5 months is about 165 days. To shed 110lbs in that time, you'd need an average daily deficit of over 2000 calories. Not sure how you did it, but that's incredible.

You look ten or fifteen years younger! Congrats!
Thanks! When did your cravings start to subside? I'm on week 4 and just bumped up the dosage. About halfway through the week, a few days before my next shot, the cravings come ROARING back. Sugary stuff, soda, wanting to overeat, etc.

How did you do it?! I've barely managed 25-30lbs in the same timeframe. 😩

Honestly, I think it's a combination of things. The medication definitely helps suppress my appetite, but I've also been really focusing on eating healthier and exercising more. It's not just the medication, it's a lifestyle change.

One of the best things about losing weight? THE CLOTHES! I had to turn a spare room into a closet. I used to buy whatever fit, now everything looks good!
