Starting weight 330, goal 150, currently at 167.
My path's a little different since I started on another injectable years back, Victoza, before switching over to Sema. Kicked all this off in 2017 and the weight's come off gradually. Hit plateaus, adjusted my approach, and dropped more. They weren't kidding about needing a real lifestyle overhaul. Left my desk job for inventory work instead, standing and moving through most of my shifts, and those early years I genuinely stuck to a high-protein, low-carb approach. Being insulin resistant means I'll probably need some form of injection for the rest of my life, but I've made peace with that since it's genuinely saved me. I was on a direct path toward a heart attack
