Halfway to my goal weight!

Isn't it an incredible improvement? I've lost about 55 myself, and the relief of not carrying that extra weight is wonderful. You look fantastic!

Big congrats! I'm feeling pretty discouraged. I've been on this med for about 6 weeks and I've lost maybe 8 lbs. I'm eating so much less and trying to be more active. I'm drinking more water too, but it doesn't seem to be working for me like it is for everyone else.

50 lbs seems to be my wall - I've dropped 50, then my weight goes up 5, then down 5... I feel like I'm stuck bouncing around 50 and can't break through. It still feels good, though.

Impressive! Great work! Thanks for sharing. We started at the same weight, and I'm two months in, feeling a little down about my progress. Your post gives me some hope. What's your height, if you don't mind me asking?

220 down to 170! I dug up some old photos today and decided to do a comparison. Hitting that 50 lb mark feels amazing, I'm so happy!

That's awesome! I need to do this soon. I'm down about 60lbs but sometimes I don't feel like I see any difference. Though I did notice the other day that all my shoes feel too big and clothes are falling off me.

Trying on old clothes is the best! I made the mistake of buying new clothes after losing only 20lbs. Now that I've lost closer to 60, those new clothes are too big! It was a thrill to go from a 3XL to a 1XL, but now I'm fitting into mediums and larges!

I have to agree with Maintenance_Mode. Trying on smaller sizes and donating what no longer fits is a great way to mark progress and keep you motivated. Make a donation pile and send them away! No going back!
