Halfway to my Goal Weight!

Dude! Seriously impressive! I (F44) have dropped 140 lbs but still have a way to go.

You look like you lost a whole person! I can't get over it! Your transformation is giving me the energy to keep going!

No way, it's never too late to start! I'm a 57-year-old woman who went from 300 lbs to 105, and you'll feel amazing. You might need maintenance doses, but that's okay.

I'm happy to help in any way I can.

That's amazing @SaladJourney! I've heard some people get comments from family and coworkers about looking "too thin" after losing a lot of weight. Did you experience that?

I started on another similar med last year because my blood sugar was getting high. It didn't work that well, so my doc switched me to something similar to Ozempic. I've lost a good amount, my blood sugar is good, and I feel so much better.

Despite the side effects sometimes, it's worth it. I'm on the highest dose now.

@CoolMom559 Did you ever stall, or was your weight loss pretty consistent?
