Halfway to my goal!

Awesome work! You're crushing it. I'm a little shorter than you at 5'7, but my starting weight was 21st 8 and I'm at 14.5 now!

For the non-UK folks: 306lbs -> 204lbs. Goal is 160-180

Amazing! That's a real change and you look so happy. When slowing down, at least we have built long-life habits. I have similar start and end points to you, although I am only 7 weeks in. This is inspirational to see.

Honestly, just stick with it. There will be ups and downs, but consistency is key. Find what works for YOU and don't compare yourself to others.
 
can't will your hormones to cooperate. this is a regulator, not a magic wand. restart at the lowest dose and follow the standard 4-week schedule. micro-dosing isn't FDA-approved either—just internet stuff that maybe works, maybe doesn't.
