Halfway to my goal!

Oops, forgot the image in the last one. Doing a repost. Officially over halfway there! I'm 6'0". Started in October '25 at 230 lbs. Today I'm at 199 lbs. I only did the .25 mg dose for a month, then went to .5 mg and have been on that since November. My goal is 176! Hit a small plateau in January around 206ish because of the holidays, plus I wasn't motivated to workout in the cold. Got my act together in Feb and the weight is coming off again. My clothes are fitting so much better, it's the best motivation.

For those of you who have been on this a while, about how much did you lose in the first couple months? Just got my script and we're about the same height.

I dropped about 50 lbs in the first two months. It slowed down after that, but it was a good start!

Been here about 2.5 years, before GLP-1 was accessible to non-type-2 folks. Wish these existed before my stomach surgery. No complications now, but I'm stuck managing nutrition and hydration forever. If these stop working, my bariatric history might actually help keep weight off.

94.5 to 76.4 with 75 as the target means you're essentially there. Staying at the low dose and letting it work at its own pace while almost at goal is a disciplined approach. Almost done.

Yeah, 225 to 207 in a month and a half on low Tirz is solid early movement. The 5'10 frame at 170 is a reasonable goal but if the medication keeps performing, going further than the original target is worth considering. How has appetite been at the current dose?

Low dose for five months, fast early loss, then the stall 16 lbs from goal for 6 weeks is a very recognizable arc. Staying patient through a stall when you're that close takes real nerve. What finally broke it?

Checking back in real quick. Current weight's holding steady, down a solid amount overall. Never went past a fairly modest dose the whole way. Took a handful of weeks off along the way for travel. Still hitting the gym, still running, feeling great across the board. Hoping everyone following along is holding up just as well, honestly hoping even better.

Nice! Went from 118 down to 98, hit my first plateau back in September. Took three months to push past that, and I've been sitting around the low-90s since March. Managed to briefly dip under 90 once but bounced right back up.

I train a lot, and honestly eat pretty normally now, subjectively speaking, though still noticeably less than before.

Also averaging 0.4-0.5kg weekly and keep debating whether to bump the dose for that final stretch. On the flip side, being this close to target makes me want to finish without increasing, mostly because I suspect that'll feel like proof I'm essentially already in maintenance mode.
