But that picture kinda freaks me out. You're weighing in with your shoes on! Those extra ounces matter and probably mean you're wearing clothes, which adds even more variance between weigh-ins. And the scale on carpet?! That's gotta mess with the accuracy!
 
Seeing shoes on a scale just feels...off. I prefer weighing myself after my morning routine, if you catch my drift, to get a truly accurate number. Just my preference tho.
 
That's amazing! I'm slowly getting there; I just hit 235 today after starting at 280.6 about four months ago.
 
Fantastic! The best time to weigh yourself is first thing in the morning, after voiding but before eating or drinking anything. And fully nude for consistency.
 
Congrats on the progress, PharmaPatti! And honestly, weigh however you're most comfortable. Some people just have to rain on everyone else's parade. I'm happy for you!
 
Awesome! Achieving these milestones is a great feeling. I went from 170 to 147, and my goal is to be closer to 100 than 200! It will only become increasingly easier from here on out.

I feel fantastic, Fresh_Win! Clothes fit better, I have more energy...even simple things like tying my shoes are easier. It's a total game changer.
 
For those of you just starting, don't get discouraged by initial side effects! I had some bubble gut at first, especially after the second dose. Does it go away? I feel like I can't trust a fart lol!
 
It's amazing how even a small dose can make a difference. I've been on 0.25 for almost 4 weeks and I've dropped about 10 pounds. My doc said we'll stay here as long as it's working and I'm tolerating it well.
