Halfway to my goal!

I'm 33, 5'5", started at 265 lbs around September '24 and now I'm down to 130 lbs as of February '26! That puts my BMI at 21.8.

I'm currently using 10 mg, but I am figuring out how to slowly reduce my dose. Mounjaro has been a game changer, it's helped both my body and my mental game so much.

I've learned so much and gotten so much motivation from all of your journeys and progress pics, and I hope I can pay it forward!

You're a true inspiration! This is a great example of how GLP-1 agonists can provide seriously positive, life-altering results. You look fantastic, congrats!

I'm 69, female, 5'0", battling type 2 diabetes and a bunch of other health stuff. I started Mounjaro back in March '24, and once I hit 10mg, I noticed a real improvement in my A1C and weight loss finally kicked in. I managed to drop over 30% of my weight and now I'm on 5mg just to maintain and avoid losing more. I did have to adjust my long-acting insulin a bit after going down to 5mg.

I wanted to stick with the higher dose and stretch it out to every ten days, but my doctor wasn't on board because of potential glucose level fluctuations. So, he just lowered my dose to 5mg instead. I've been on 5mg for the past half year. So far, my blood sugars are stable and my weight's holding steady.

If I can get results at my age, anyone can. GLP-1 meds are a tool, plain and simple. They work if you do too.

Major congrats and best of luck!

I love your progress!! I'm a 45% success story in progress. You look incredible and, most importantly, happy!

Avery1975, honestly the medication helped me feel full much faster, so I naturally ate less. I focused on protein and vegetables because that's what felt good. Exercise was just walking more at first, nothing crazy!
