I agree Ash1988. I've been on Oz for a little over 2 years now, and while I wish I could drop another 20 lbs, I'm so grateful for the overall health benefits it's given me. It's stabilized my weight, and that's a win!
 
I'm curious for those of you who have been on longer term... What dose are you finding works best for you? I'm on 1mg and not seeing much action lately. Is 2mg really a lot?
 
Hey ToneLean, I think it varies so much from person to person. Some people are super-responders, others need a higher dose. I'd talk to your doctor about whether titrating up is right for you. Also, are you resistance training? That can make a HUGE difference!
