Happy New Year, everyone! Feeling so grateful as I begin 2025. Started my journey on the medication back in Feb '24 weighing around 295. Today? I'm hovering around 155, finally at a healthy BMI after decades. Officially starting maintenance! Seeing my doctor next week to figure out the details. Sending good vibes to everyone, keep sharing those amazing updates and advice!

You've achieved so much! I'm really inspired by your results. I'm feeling a bit stuck lately, hoping the scale starts moving again soon. I'm about 3 months in and about to increase my dose.

Wow, PinJourney! Just wow!!!!
I can totally tell it's you in both photos because of your smile and the way you tilt your head… but besides that, you're like a completely different person!
Massive congratulations to you.

Reaching maintenance is a huge achievement and inspires others aiming for the same. Sharing your experience on the community could really encourage many people navigating this phase.

I'm holding steady around 160 and not keen on pushing the dose higher than 10mg. A few more pounds would be nice, but I'm 70 now and figure having a little extra in the tank is probably wise LOL. Congrats to everyone who's hit their goals!
That's a good point about reserves as we get older. It's all about balance, isn't it?

For anyone heading to maintenance and considering skin removal, a friend had multiple surgeries and said having support is key. You'll likely need help with everyday tasks while you recover. Plan to have friends or family around for a few weeks.
