Happy tears over smaller clothes!

Mine got smaller but that was after dropping fifty plus and took over a year. Went from 36E down to 32DD which made me happy since that was something I never liked about myself. Volume loss was definitely part of it though and I'd be nervous about going further with anything surgical.

My chest definitely got smaller. Was a 40 DD back in October. Now 36 DD and think I might dip to a D cup soon. Past 50 lbs gone now.

40DD to 36DD is the NSV that catches people off guard - the body recomposing in ways the scale doesn't show is part of the transformation that photos from years ago suddenly make visible.

Really appreciate that compliment. Still got a ways to go before my clothes start swimming on me. But when that day arrives, it'll be another moment worth celebrating.

Oh, this hits close to home. I'm scared to even try on smaller sizes because I'm terrified they won't actually fit, since I still feel huge most days. Rough way to phrase it, sure, but it's the truth. Definitely need to work on the mental side of this more.

Congrats, seriously impressive! Get the cheap stuff for now since you'll keep shrinking out of it and need a whole new wardrobe again soon. Good luck!

Yesss, I feel this so much! Went from a 2X down to a medium and was absolutely stunned trying that first one on.
