Has anyone used Astro lately?

Hey everyone, I made a purchase from a peptide vendor I've used before. I put the order in on Oct 4th and it's still in the processing stage. I sent them an email asking for an update. Anyone have any recent experience with them and know if this is typical? I'm trying to figure out if I should look at other sources. I have a pretty decent supply right now, but would like to get back to where I feel comfortable.

I think I've ordered from them once. I think it got to me in like 5-7 days, but I'm not sure. I'm guessing they probably are closed weekends. I wouldn't freak out until after like five business days.

All the suppliers in the US are probably getting slammed with orders currently. They’ve been around for a while, so they’ll probably ship it soon.

Yeah, I was figuring that they are swamped. My previous research peptide orders weren't this popular, lol. Just a bit worried about ordering and supply times since it's a lot of money tied up, ya know? I know I'll eventually get burned.

I had an issue with them before. It was super hard to get in touch with support, and difficult to get an order canceled. They did end up letting me cancel and keep the product... but my vials were just in an envelope, no extra packing. Not the best quality control and the labels were messed up.

Update: I got my order. I placed it on 10/04 and got it on 10/12. So eight days from when I ordered to when it got here. The vials were just loose in a padded envelope, but thankfully they didn't break. I did email them on 10/07 to see if they got my payment, but I didn't get a reply.

I've heard good things about Defy Medical for ipamorelin. I haven't used them myself, but they're often recommended.

That sounds like a pretty significant breakdown in standard operating procedure. Definitely something to consider before placing future orders.
