5'10", 32F, started at 243lbs. I started my journey around July '24 at 227lbs, hoping to reach 185lbs (a crazy goal, I thought!). Well, today I weigh 173lbs and my BMI is in the healthy range! I saw everyone else crushing it, but I doubted my own body could. I was wrong, ha! 8 months and 54lbs gone. It feels like magic!

Congrats! I'm also 5'10" and struggling around 275lbs. I can't seem to lose weight and keep it off after having my 4th baby. My food noise is awful. Turning 40 this year, and my bloodwork isn't great. I need to get serious about losing weight and controlling cravings. I'd be thrilled at 175lbs, or even just fitting into a size 10 with some muscle. Back issues and fibromyalgia make exercise tough, and pain worsens my depression and sugar cravings. I need to improve for myself and my family. Thank you for the inspiring story and congrats again!

I love that flower tattoo! You look so healthy. I'm having the same doubts about my body, even though the weight is slowly coming off. Thanks for the hope!

It's great to see success stories like this. Remember, everyone's body responds differently, so don't get discouraged if your timeline looks different. What works for one person may not work for another.

This is amazing to witness. I have PCOS myself and reached a healthy BMI but struggled with the inflammation and stubborn fat. My doctor was the one to recommend it. So many critical comments out there but honestly if folks are taking it properly and being responsible I don't see what the fuss is. You look fantastic and what matters most is how you feel now.
