That thread about diet while on the third compound or dual-action medication got me thinking, figured I'd start this one. Remember back on a low-carb diet, food chatter was intense compared to now, running the third compound. Was strict about it, but every so often needed a cheat meal just to stay sane. Back then I'd hit some low-quality takeout spots and treat myself to greasy wrapped sandwiches. Since low-carb ruled out fries, I'd just get double meat with vegetables and way too much sauce, the cheaper, greasier, more processed it was, somehow the more satisfying it felt, ha. These days I've completely lost any pull toward that kind of food. Eating feels plain, flavorless even, but healthy, and honestly I don't mind at all. It's just routine now, not something I look forward to. My one real exception, my actual treat, is a small bag of popcorn a couple times weekly whenever a snacky feeling creeps in. That small portion is exactly enough to kill any craving entirely. Anyone else have a guilty pleasure like that, or does this medication class just erase the need for one completely?
