Help me decide: Stay on Tirz, Switch to Reta, Stack Tirz & Reta, Stack Cagr & Reta?

This is a tough one. I've been running 10mg tirz for about seven months now with genuinely great results. Started off with a real prescription, but once the cost got out of hand I switched over to sourcing it through unofficial channels instead. Was ready to move over to reta entirely, then reconsidered and thought about stacking tirz with reta. Now I've been reading about cagrilintide and I'm looking into combining reta with that instead. Honestly can't think straight anymore with all these options swirling around. Would really appreciate any advice or experience anyone can share. Sorry if this feels like a thread that's already been done to death.

What's your actual tirz and reta stack look like? Getting real benefit from running both? How much time do you space between doses? Considering doing the same setup myself.

Would lean toward combining two particular compounds together. Or starting with just one first and monitoring progress. Then adding the second one in later if results stall. That particular combination is supposedly quite effective.

Same logic here honestly. If tirz is working, no need to overthink it, just push the tirz dose higher. Do not see the point of stacking reta in. Tirz costs less and for plenty of people works just as well or better, especially for appetite. Would not bother with reta or cagri myself. Plenty of room to go higher on tirz first, even up toward 30mg, before considering anything else.
