My husband had issues with Flomax for BPH... Hoping Tadalafil will work well for him! I will keep you updated.

I can't speak about that brand, but if you aren't happy with the results, many users on this board recommend AllDayChemist. I've used their Tadalafil and had great results. Hopefully, you find success with that one though!

10mg is a good starting place. 5mg twice daily would be ideal. Then you can work your way up or down from there, depending on how you feel.

I used one company for BPC-157 recently, and the process was smooth. The product seems to be doing its thing, too!

I've never had surgery but I know plenty on the meds who have and they're thriving or doing better. Stop the medication and regain likely follows, but many people dial back to lower maintenance doses later.

Approved for specific genetic issues but can't find testing in regular people without those conditions. Appetite system is stupidly complex with tons of backup pathways.
