Just hit the next milestone on my journey! Officially down 8 stone! I know my tracker is set to kilos, which might be confusing for some. I'm really happy about this. I track my dosages weekly (Tirz) and switched to a cheaper source a few weeks ago thanks to tips in here. 51kg gone! Still a ways to go but I'm optimistic this time.

Thanks! Some weeks the loss was slower, but no real stalls, thankfully. I did gain a little on a vacation where I didn't worry about what I ate. I still couldn’t eat a ton, but I ate everything I wanted!

Congrats on your milestone, A1C_Warrior! Your weight measurements gave me an idea. I think I'm going to switch to tracking in stones or kilos. Pounds are emotionally charged for me and measuring in a different unit might allow me to weigh myself daily without getting upset over the number.

I've always thought of my weight in stones. Then the screening that made me start this journey used kilos. And I’ve been using kilos ever since. It makes the math easier in my spreadsheet for BMR and BMI. I do like the pounds count, though, because it's a bigger number and feels more impressive!

I love that you accidentally showed me I have two whole options for units of measurement to use that I don't care about! I changed my scale to kilos like 10 minutes ago. "I lost 0.2 kilos. I have no idea what that means, but yay, I'm losing weight!" 😀

I'm a slow loser too! It's been about 2 years and I'm finally down from 210 to 160. Slow and not always steady, but consistency pays off. I haven’t felt this great in a decade. I hope this encourages others who are also losing slowly. Don't give up!

That's a very healthy and sustainable rate of weight loss. Congratulations!

This is so inspiring! I just restarted my meds after a break for a procedure. I gained back most of the initial 5 pounds I lost. I'm back on 0.5 but the scale hasn't moved in weeks. I'm hoping things will change soon. I'm so new to this.

Don't be discouraged! Sometimes it takes a little while to see results. Are you tracking your calories and protein intake? Increasing protein and changing your workout style might help.
