Hit goal weight, avoiding cardio

starting out losing tons is normal after years of high calories and sedentary life. a 400 pound person cutting from 4k to 2k calories plus exercise loses way more than someone at 240 cutting from 3k. many factors play in. my average was 1.6lb per week at goal.
 
Just hit the 2 week mark on my dose bump and man, feeling rough. nausea all day, exhausted, barely eating. The jump was big so hopefully my body adapts soon. lost some weight already tho which keeps me going. taking it one day at a time.
 
High incline treadmill at low speed keeps heart rate in Zone 2 without joint impact. The caloric burn at 10-15% incline is comparable to jogging for most people. Recovery time is minimal, which makes consistency easier for someone who is also managing a caloric deficit.
