Hit my goal a year later!

Today marks a year since I started, and I'm picking up my 2.4mg dose. About six months ago, I shared that my doc kept me on lower doses longer to minimize any bad reactions. My stretch goal is to reach about 140-145lbs within the next six months. Slow & steady wins the race!

There's a guy claiming he dropped almost 200 pounds. Insane!
That's amazing if true, but it's important to remember everyone responds differently to these meds. Significant weight loss like that over a relatively short period can also come with its own set of challenges, so it's crucial to work closely with your doctor.

What have you tried so far, @Nicky82? Sometimes switching up your diet or exercise routine can help break through a plateau.
I've been doing calorie counting and trying to walk more... maybe I need to be more strict.

Wow congrats! Female 63, 5'7. Started 2023 at 220, now 155lbs. Goal is 150 plus buffer. October 2023 started Ozempic but it wrecked my digestion for a year. Switched to Mounjaro which sits much better. Just upped to 7.5mg since hitting plateau. Curious why the slower pace?
