Hit my goal BMI!

Long time reader, first time poster! Been doing the injections since February, started around 188 pounds, and I'm officially in the 'normal' range now, according to the BMI charts. Down about 45 pounds. It's felt kinda slow compared to stories I've read, but seeing the before and after pics is amazing. Keep it up, everyone! I haven't weighed this little since high school, it's kinda wild!

But, the BMI scale is kinda garbage. You might want to switch to measuring body fat instead at this point.

I've been on it for about a year and a half, also with diet and exercise, and I'm finally at my goal weight! It's a great feeling. It took a lot of work!

Yeah, it's amazing how much your body shape changes. I'm dropping sizes like crazy! Looking and feeling fantastic!

Your goal weight is something to figure out with your doctor. Everyone's ideal looks different. The curve thing you mentioned shows you understand what works for your body. Keep trusting that instinct.
