Hit my goal weight after 16 mos!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Been on it fourteen months reached my target. Spent tons on clothes this past year. Started in size 18 jeans XL tops. Got to 10 in December bought several pairs. After Christmas they were huge bought 8s. Now those are big bought 6s yesterday. Never thought I'd fit smaller than 10.

A historical maintained weight is a better anchor than a BMI calculation - the body knows that composition and the path back to it is less ambiguous than working toward a theoretical number.

Same starting weight and matching BP readings chasing the same goal at a completely different life stage is such a good reminder that 15mg gets people there regardless of where they started. Titrating up monthly to get there is the patient approach. How did the BP respond as the weight came off - did it track down alongside the scale?

The gradual dose-finding approach on the way down is the smart way to find your maintenance floor. Dropping a small increment monthly gives you a signal at each level before cutting further rather than stepping down too fast and losing the effect before you can stabilize. 16 months to goal is a meaningful benchmark.

Off insulin and A1C from 9 to 5.4 is the headline result in a T2DM-plus-HTN-plus-Long-Covid picture - all the overlapping conditions probably amplified each other's inflammatory and metabolic load. The 58 lb reduction changes the downstream picture for every one of those simultaneously.
