Hit my goal weight - now what?!

I'm kinda speechless, folks. Really didn't think I'd see this.

Start weight: 156 lbs
Current weight: 105 lbs

Total loss: 51 lbs
Height: 5'0

About 11 months on the green pen. Been on the highest dose for 6 months now. Slow increases, no issues.

Thanks so much to everyone here for the support. It's been a wild ride.

Now comes maintenance... that'll be interesting.

I'm 4'9", 68 years young.

Been in surgical menopause a long time. This is the only thing that's helped with both weight and swelling!

SW: 150, CW: 122.

Been on this for about 10 months but just moved up to a higher dose recently.

Been stuck for a bit, so going to tweak things and see if I can start losing again.

Want to get under 100 lbs.

It's tough being short when you're trying to lose weight. Not a lot of room!

I'm really curious to know how you'll maintain. I'm also 5ft. I weighed 112 today. My goal is 106. I think I might get there next month maybe. I don’t think I'll go lower, but I'm on a low dose of another med. I've been doing small doses.

Did you lose muscle mass? I was about the same starting weight and height, and I'm worried about looking too skinny instead of healthy. I used to be naturally thin and had good muscle tone. I've started lifting weights and eating more protein now.

This is great! I have similar stats.

Started at 168 and I'm also 5'0".

I'm 11 weeks in and down about 15 lbs.

I'm 48 and 105 was my weight in my early 20s, so I'm shooting for 136. That seems more doable. I got down to that in my 30s with diet and exercise and was happy with how I looked, but still thought I could lose a bit more.

You're giving me hope that I can lose even more if I keep at it.

How old are you??

Maintenance is the part I'm most worried about, too. Good luck! I think mindful eating is key.

I'm trying to figure out maintenance too. I'm thinking of lowering the dose slowly to see if I can stay stable. If not, maybe I'll stay on a low dose indefinitely. We'll see.

Wow, that's amazing progress! I've only lost about 27 lbs since I started. Hope to see more results soon!

Congrats! Bet you feel amazing. Do you have any loose skin issues from losing the weight so fast?
