Hit my goal weight!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
I'm about your height and starting weight, been on this for five months now. Seeing your result gives me a real picture of what my goal could look like if I stay the course.

Been thinking about this same thing. Should hit my goal in about 2 or 3 months from now. Just bumped from 7mg to 8mg yesterday. Was planning to drop to 2mg for maintenance but it looks like adjustment is going to take some trial and error.

315 to 180 in 8 months and 2 years maintaining is what actually matters. The alcohol craving return on dose reduction is cross-reward suppression lifting - worth factoring into the dose-step plan.

The thread OP is exactly that story - 135 pounds on the starting dose alone. It's rare but it does happen, usually with a longer timeline and strong enough initial appetite suppression to sustain a deficit.

315 to 180 on the lowest dose over 8 months with two years of maintenance is one of the better-documented outcomes in this community. The lowest effective dose principle holds up in practice - most people who discontinue regain quickly, while those who stay on minimum maintenance hold it.

265 to 170 and almost two years of maintenance is the long-game result that proves it's sustainable. Setting goals that fit your actual height and age rather than an arbitrary number is the part that makes maintenance feel achievable rather than like a constant fight. 315 to 180 in the OP is the same story on a different starting point.

Kicked off at 220 lbs with a target of 140, reached that goal across a stretch running from late 2024 into early 2026, so somewhere around 15 months total. Since then dropped further, down to 129 by mid-2026, though I'm working on holding steady now, so the number drifts between 130 and 140 while we adjust dosing.

Yes. First dose was August 14th last year. Hit my target in January, then started dropping further in March, so had to raise my intake somewhat and have held steady from there. Total loss worked out to 25.6% of my original body mass.

Had a target in mind but my body clearly disagreed! Weight kept dropping (running just above the entry-level dose, 3.3) all the way to a BMI of 19.5, and it's held within a few pounds of that ever since. Slowly working my way back down to 2.5 now.

Stuck with 2.5 the entire time and dropped 50 lbs, went from 205 down to 155 (I'm a 66-year-old guy). My upkeep amount now is 1.2 weekly. Took some experimenting to land on that number, but I've held steady around 155-160 for well over a year now. Like you said, it really varies person to person...
