Hit my goal weight!!

curious if anyone lives near the border and is thinking about driving to canada to grab the new generic glp1? never done it. would love to know about the process if anyone's done it—how to get a prescription filled there?

It's a tool, nothing more. Whether you use it, track your calories and exercise, hit your macros - that's all on you in the end.

The visibility piece being about how you carry yourself rather than what you weigh is accurate in every context I've watched over time. The goal weight milestone is real but the confidence shift tends to precede it - most people who reach goal report that the internal change happened months before. The shorts photos tell the story in a way that numbers don't. The next phase of this is figuring out what you're maintaining toward beyond a number on a scale, and that's where carrying yourself well becomes the actual variable.

Maintaining after hitting goal is the harder part and you're already in it. The occasional indulgence that doesn't become a pattern is exactly how the maintenance window is supposed to work.

288 to 178 at 64 over an extended timeline with plateaus in the middle is exactly the kind of result that doesn't photograph well in early months but compounds over the full run. The plateau pattern of stalling then resuming is the normal trajectory rather than a sign something stopped working.
