Hit my goal weight!!

It's the same workout shorts I wear in each pic (and same shirt style & size, different color) even though they look like they fit completely different now. Crazy!

I’ve been taking sema since sometime in November and I’m basically at the weight I wanted to be! I think I might even aim for a little lower weight now that I'm so close. Fingers crossed.

Thanks everyone for the kind comments! I'll try to answer all the q's. @Needle_Phobia_Pete Yeah, I've been doing Orange Theory 2x a week, and trying to walk more on the other days. @Lil_Cookie I'm at the max dose of 2.4mg now! I think I started to really see results around 1mg but honestly it was pretty gradual the whole time.

It's more than just the med, it's the mental shift. Like, buying clothes that fit and you actually WANT to wear, not just to hide in. That's a big win. Agree 100% with

You look fantastic! This medication is incredible at shutting down appetite. I'm 78 down myself, 10 away from target, but hit a rough plateau. Going to need some extra push from here but I'm thankful for how far I've come. Never turning back.

I can't wait till I can buy clothes in a regular store, and they don’t tell me my size is only available online or in the back! Congrats, @Steady_Turtle_91! You look way healthier and happier, too!

I've been hitting the gym six days a week and honestly never felt better in my life. Down 50 pounds so far, another 25 to go until I hit 145. Started at 215 back in early February, and I'm 5'2 at 165 now. The progress feels surreal.

Yes absolutely. Between the medication and spironolactone my body stopped hurting. Once I hit my target I'm staying on it unless I absolutely have to stop. Had one rough flare since March 2025 but bounced back quick.

The appetite suppression definitely wears off after a while. I've been on this 18 months now and it's just not as strong as when I started. Still got 15 pounds to my goal so I'm really focusing on actual habits instead of just counting on the meds. Cut back the dose a bit and I'm being more intentional about what I eat. I can still have pizza or ice cream but I just get right back on track after. That's the whole game.
