Hit my goal weight!

I get it. Years back I went through some rough depression and dropped 40 lbs in 3 months without trying. Lost a ton of hair too which made it worse. It all came back but I wore wigs for a while. Tough spot.

Look, don't overthink it. The meds will do most of the heavy work for you right now. Set a calorie target, aim for solid protein intake, weigh less frequently, and move your body more. Even just walking or cleaning counts. Seriously, doing anything beats where I started from.

I know that feeling of finally reaching a major weight-loss goal. Never thought I'd see it again myself! Congrats!

I'm getting close to my first goal. Down about 25 pounds, but I can't wait to get to my ultimate goal. It's like I haven't weighed under 200 since high school!

I know right! What do you all do about clothes when you lose weight? Now I need to find a new favorite bra, and TheGirls are so picky about bras.

Was gonna shift the stock to regular freezer, shut cryo down, dry it, add vodka for mass and reload. Now at both goals, probably won't touch it for ages. Hate cycling temps if I can sidestep it.

Been on this for a solid stretch now, no noticeable hair loss to report. Losing roughly a pound weekly with a few stalls along the way. Down a substantial amount, getting close to target.

Just past the one year mark now and I've shed a ton of hair, along with 70 lbs of weight! Pretty sure I've hit a plateau since the scale's barely moved the last three months, though I honestly can't tell if the hair shedding is worse than normal for me. Everyone's different on this.

My hair's always been really thick, so the loss has only really registered through how much smaller my ponytail feels in my fist now, maybe 60 percent of what it used to be. That said, there's a lot of short new growth poking through as frizzy baby hairs. Hoping that's regrowth and not just breakage, ha, I don't do much styling to it either way.
