Hey peeps! I've been waiting to share till I was really sure, but I just broke into the 100s on the scale! I've lost 61 pounds in about 10 months. Woot!

I wish I had jumped on this bandwagon sooner. I dropped from 250 to 210, but then my doctor stopped the medication. I'm now at 360 and super depressed. Be aware, this is likely a lifetime situation, plan for it. It also looks promising for dementia prevention so that's a plus. I hope this helps someone.

I am so sorry to hear that. Thank you for sharing that important insight.

reminds me it's a tool to help you get healthier, not a miracle. You have to put in the work, but these meds can make it possible.

I'm down almost 220 pounds from my heaviest weight and I feel amazing. Honestly, it's helped me enjoy being active again. I don't want to go back to where I was. Exercise and healthy eating habits are key, and sema helped me finally develop them.

I've noticed something similar. I've been lifting weights more often and it's been a game changer. This med has helped my food cravings, I'm close to 55 pounds down since January. I'm much more aware of what triggers my cravings now.
