I'm so stoked to announce that I've finally crossed the 100-pound loss mark this month! It's been about 14 months since I started this journey, and I'm incredibly proud of the dedication I've shown. It definitely hasn't been a walk in the park, but a total lifestyle overhaul. I feel absolutely fantastic and can now do all sorts of things I haven't done in ages. Here's to everyone else putting in the work!

Just a reminder, folks! Let's keep the chat focused on FDA-approved stuff. No sourcing or selling, even in DMs. Check out the FAQ if you're just starting out!

That’s seriously amazing. Seeing that kind of progress is so inspiring to those of us still on the path. Posts like this kept me going when I first started on my journey.

Like what kinds of things? I'm just starting out and need motivation!
Well, I can actually keep up with my grandkids now, which is huge. I can also walk a lot further without getting winded! Even just going up stairs is easier. It's the little things, you know?

I saw someone post recently about hitting their goal weight and then deciding to stay where they are. It's interesting to consider that maintenance might be preferable to constantly chasing a lower number. Has anyone else reached that point?

I'm 71, gym rat, scientist, yoga teacher. Alternate Tesa 2mg fasting mornings with 200mcg Ipamorelin plus 200mcg CJC-1295 NODAC fasted before bed, one day off weekly. More conservative than daily Tesa, fewer sides, cheaper. Mechanically, 3 days at 2mg beats 6 days at 1mg. The ipamorelin combo gives flushing tingles so it's working a bit.

If you search you'll find a common protocol here—14 weeks total. First two weeks one thing, then add something else for four weeks, then swap for the last eight weeks. The first med needs to be at night, ideally paired with something else.

Massive win. Fitting into old clothes is such a great feeling. I tell my partner 'haven't fit in this in years' all the time. Working toward that with my place now.
