Hitting my 3 year mark - time for upkeep!

honestly it's just not anybody else's business. i don't share my workouts or food diary when i lose weight normally. i tell the people close to me but i don't need everyone's judgment or opinions.
 
Three years staying consistent with this is genuinely impressive. The PCOS dimension makes wins harder to earn - hormonal resistance is real, and the medication cuts through it in a way diet alone rarely did. Down 30% while actively managing protein is solid work. What does maintenance look like now - same dose or trying to step down?
